Settings
The Settings menu holds everything that is not about your assistant itself: your own account, your company’s details and keys, the people on your team, the look of the app and the help built into it. Open it from the gear labelled Settings at the bottom of the sidebar; it opens upwards as a short menu.
Some of it is personal and some of it applies to the whole company. Your profile and the colour theme are yours alone. The company page and the users page change things for everyone, which is why only administrators can change them. Every role can open every entry and read what is there.
