Customers
The Customers page lists every person your widget knows: people who chatted, people who only opened it, anonymous visitors and customers you imported. Each row leads to the customer’s page with their chats, memories, usage and workflows. Open it from CRMCustomers. Support teams use it to look up the person behind a complaint; customer success teams use it to see who is active.
