Your customers can approve requests, answer questions and hold whole conversations with the assistant in Slack, Telegram and Microsoft Teams, with commands, quick-answer buttons, charts, tables and a live status line.
Workflows in the customer portal can now belong to the whole company, visible to every member with their runs and notifications, or stay private to the person who wrote them.
Background jobs now tell the right person by email, Slack, Telegram or Microsoft Teams when they need an approval or an answer, and people can approve and chat right there.
One Dashboard page shows what your assistant's AI calls cost and who made them, for every workspace. Budgets warn you as spend passes the levels you choose and, if you want, stop new work at the limit.
Every customer company now has one page with tabs for its members, knowledge base, skills, workflows, prompt shortcuts, notification channels and usage, so you can set it up for them or step in when they ask.
StrikeUp reads past conversations, finds what your visitors keep needing and where the assistant struggles, and proposes a fix for each on one page: a shortcut, a skill, a toolkit change and more.
Web sources now read documentation sites that publish AI-friendly versions of their pages, cover up to 500 pages, list every page the crawler found with its result, and re-crawl one page without the whole site.
With the AI Gateway you connect your own AI provider accounts and decide which model answers each part of a conversation, by difficulty level or stage by stage, with backup models when a provider has an outage.
An overdue invoice, a failed payment, a weekly report: autonomous agents let another system start the assistant with one webhook call, on behalf of one of your customers, and hand back the result.
The Dashboard now has focused pages for how the assistant is doing, how much it is used and whether it works well, all driven by one date range that follows you from page to page.
Your page can hand the widget hidden context about what the user is looking at: the record, the filter, the step. The assistant answers about that, and the user never sees the context.
Two-factor authentication adds a 6-digit code from an authenticator app to every StrikeUp sign-in. Anyone can switch it on for their account, and an administrator can require it for the whole company.
With AI memory, the assistant keeps short, factual notes about each customer and each customer company and uses them in later conversations. You and your customers can see and delete every memory.
The inline widget mounts the chat inside a container on your own page, with no launcher and nothing floating over your content. The customer portal can open in the same place.
Prompt shortcuts put ready-made questions one / away in every widget. Visitors fill in the blanks, and your business customers add shortcuts of their own from the customer portal.
StrikeUp drafts a guardrails policy from your website address and your toolkits. Test any message against it before go-live, and decide what a blocked customer reads.
A gear in the chat opens the customer portal, where your business customers manage their own members, knowledge, skills, workflows and shortcuts, on the pages you choose per widget.
